Financial/Insurance Information Financing/Payment Options Our office is committed to doing everything possible to find ways to make dental treatment affordable and fit your budget.                                                                                    Insurance Our office participates with most dental insurance plans.  As a courtesy to our patients we bill your insurance company.  We want all of our patients to be aware of the fact that although we do our best to accommodate all of our insured patients, we cannot guarantee that the payment will be made by your insurance company.       Appointments To schedule an appointment, please call (978) 744-7575. Same-day or next-day appointment requests will be honored whenever possible. New Patients We are always happy to welcome new patients to our practice. Emergency Appointments Our office provides "on-call service" for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (978) 744-7575 and Dr. Burba will be contacted immediately.
