We accept most dental plans and are in-network dentists with both Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We participate with other insurance plans as well and will file your insurance forms for you.
Payment is expected for your portion of the fee at the time of service. For the portion that your insurance pays, we take assignment of benefits. With assignment of benefits, we deal with the insurance company for your benefits, and they send that money to us. You, then, only pay us for that part they don’t cover. If there are any discrepancies between what we estimated your insurance would pay and what they actually paid, we will settle with you after we receive the insurance payment.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card (American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover).
Extended Payment Plans
For larger treatment plans, we can set up a payment plan for you, with both low-interest and no-interest options available. We partner with two different companies to offer this to you. One is Care Credit, where you can set up a payment plan that fits your budget. The other is Simple Pay, where payment comes directly out of your checking account on a monthly basis. Both companies offer no-interest plans.
