It was a long journey but I got to the finish line. This could not have happened without Dr. Burba and his amazing staff. I was embarrassed about my smile before coming to Dr. Burba. Tooth decay, Missing teeth, Unhealthy gums and discoloring on my teeth. I had a full mouth makeover including implants and veneers. It’s a life changing experience and I can’t thank him enough for making my dreams come true! I can truly smile again. Thank you Dr. Burba for being as personable and professional as you are. I had to find a new dentist when mine retired. I found Burba via word of mouth and some really good reviews. I was not disappointed, and am going to leave my own really good review! My first impression was of the staff and how welcoming and professional they are. My second was of how very state-of-the-art the office is. I came from some good local dentists, but comparatively, they were in the Dark Ages! My own issues are periodontal, but they offer all manner of services, the gamut from routine to therapeutic to cosmetic. They do it all. “My” hygienist, Suzanne, is soooo good! She is enthusiastic, very thorough, pro-active, and totally involved in her patients’ care. She’s always upbeat and a pleasure to see, even though it’s “the dentist”. The entire office is focused on patient comfort and outcome. Have a look at their web site, and note the tab, Patient Education. That’s above and beyond. My personal experience, over four years, has been a definite improvement in the condition of my own teeth and gums. I highly recommend Burba Dental. -------------------- Editing to add: Dr. Randy Burba is an artist, well certified in dental cosmetology, and it's apparent that he enjoys this aspect of his practice. He just reshaped a front tooth for me that had taken a hit in a fall and dropped a bit. It looks great! I didn't realize how much it bothered me until it was made just that little bit less prominent. If you need (or want) cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Randy Burba is terrific!

Dr Burba has been my dentist for over 15 years. I've had extensive cosmetic dental work due to a traumatic fall that resulted in severe damage to my teeth. They opened up after the holiday to see me for emergency care and over the course of a couple years, Dr Randy and team restored my smile. I’ve moved to Toronto, Miami, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Orange County, and if I couldn’t get back to Salem, I’d get a cleaning done locally. EVERY DENTIST and hygienist I have met in each city remarked on how phenomenal my veneers looked and how they couldn’t tell until they inspected my teeth. I schedule my cleanings and dental care back in Salem pretty regularly and cannot thank Dr Burba and team for giving me back my confidence and life after such an awful accident. I had not been visiting a dentist regularly and had some cavities that needed filling and it was a pain-free and quick process. Pricing is competitive for the area. Lots of parking and all the technology one expects from a modern dentist office. Long overdue review. My history with Burba Dental started in 2006 when I had a fall the day after Christmas and broke four front teeth. Burba Dental returned my call and made an exception to open up during their holiday after I got out of the ER. After extensive treatments and recovery, I had veneers, bone graft, gum graft and implant done, I could not be more grateful or happy with the results. It’s been years and I’ve moved to Toronto, Miami, Palm Springs, Newport Beach and LA. I’ve seen dentists here for cleanings and each time, they have been really impressed with the work saying how natural it looks and really beautiful job. Burba gave me back my smile after a traumatic fall and showed me so much compassion throughout my ordeal. I always come back when I’m home in Boston as no other dental practice has made me feel more valued and cared for.

Burba Dental does excellent work. Notifies me of appointments, very little wait time for service. Excellent cleanings, my hygienist does THE most thorough work, teeth look and feel great. Dr Randy has done several crowns always kind, making sure I feel nothing and follows up the next day to make sure I'm ok and no issues with the work. They also offer a plan you can purchase for those uninsured to make the cost of the cleanings and work less painful! Also like the diversity of personnel in the office.

I’ve been working with Burba Dental partners for more than two years. I remember the first appointment I talked to Dr. Randy about my smile. I had been born without two teeth and had been wearing a partial for half my life. The color of my smile and the missing teeth have always contributed to a lack of self confidence. It always had been a dream to get dental implants and veneers. His team quickly set me up with an orthodontist, and periodontist. After months realigning my teeth with braces, and having my dental procedures with the periodontist I finally had my veneers put on. I am beyond ecstatic with the results! I recently moved back to the area and did not hesitate to go back to Dr. Randy not only for myself, but now with my whole family as patients. Everyone on staff is great, and the amenities are just as good. They offer a "Comfort Menu" where you can request things like blankets or even a hand wax with your dental visit! Today I had my teeth cleaned with vanilla polish, and opted for a caramel fluoride treatment - yum! If you have to go to the dentist, then you have to go to Burba Dental!

I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I look forward to it. My hygienist lets me listen to whatever music I want while getting my teeth cleaned which is pretty cool. You can even have your hands dipped in paraffin wax for the duration of you appointment for no additional cost. Considering they have been around for 50+ years needless to say I’ve found my forever dentist !

My husband and I started going to this practice about 6 years ago. I now live in Rhode Island and still commute to see Dr Burba because the treatment we receive there can't be matched. The hygienists are very gentle, the office staff are very personable and easy to talk to, and the doctors will deal with any problems you have without the typical "you should take better care of your mouth" shaming that you sometimes get elsewhere. Minimal up selling of stuff you dont need, and you can trust if they recommend you need something done, its a genuine need, not a cash grab. Overall its worth the 4+ hour round trip drive for us, and that should speak volumes about the quality of care.

Very happy to find this place. Since coming back to Massachusetts I've had two incredibly bad dentist experiences, one which resulted in a tooth extraction and repair by a specialist. Following the referral from my specialist I checked into Burba. Amazing. The office staff are very friendly, thorough and helpful. The dental assistant, Tiffani, was great. Dr. Burba did a fantastic job with a tough filling and even took care of another trouble spot to avoid future problems. I even went back and to have him redo a previous repair to a chipped tooth. Which now looks fantastic, better then the first time by a different dentist. The office itself is inviting and comfortable. Grateful to have found a dentist office that's respectful and caring.

Best dentist I've ever had! The staff is friendly and work hard to ensure their patient's comfort. I have chronic migraines and happened to have one during an appointment. They gave me dark glasses for the lights, got me a cold pack, and let me have a short break in the dark after the fillings had been finished to recoup. Concerning the fillings, they made sure that they were the correct fit and were very clear and flexible with the plan that they had in place to install them. I chose this dentist primarily for practical reasons, most being insurance related. However, I feel like I've gotten really lucky. I've decided to be a patient long-term. To the staff at Burba: Thank you for everything.
